A 4 day cooking retreat to discover regional food in a spectacular location

Come to cook to Le marche with Betti and Luisa at Palazzo Donati, Luisa’s family’s home, which dates from the 1700s.

Living at Palazzo for 4 days will make you experience the peace and authenticity of a by-gone time. You’ll discover a way of life which preserves the grace and culture of the Renaissance, in a small town largely undiscovered by tourists.

Betti will guide through many recipes of one of the most delicious Italian cuisine, and will introduce you to some of the local mamas who will cook for us some of the specialities of the area. Luisa will reveal to you the ancient stories of the Palazzo and of the town and she will introduce you to the local artisans, cheese makers, meat and wine producers.

The retreat  is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced. All is required is passion.
